Paul McCartney died/was killed in 1966 and was replaced by an impostor. This fact was proven by a team of Italian forensic scientists, whose findings were published in the August 2009 WIRED Italia magazine [LINK].
Paul's impersonator has been dubbed Faux Paul and Bill by the other Beatles. They referred to him at the beginning of the song, "A Little Help From my Friends" on the Sgt. Pepper album as "Billy Shears." This could mean "Billy's here," or potentially be a reference to William Shakespeare, who has been said to have been a pen name for Sir Francis Bacon. George and John referred to "Beatle Bill" in the movie, "Imagine: John Lennon."
Some members of this board have been researching the Paul is Dead (PID) conspiracy for years. The pictorial, video, documentary and other evidence presented here proves Paul was replaced. There are a number of photo comparisons, including photo fades, showing the differences between the two men. This forum is continually being added to with new evidence. Members have contributed interesting theories as to why Paul was replaced.
We encourage you to visit the following forums for more information on PID:
The King Is Naked is the forum that started the PID ball rolling (again). There is some valuable information there that is worth a good look.
Doppelganger and Identity Research Society
is a closed forum now, but there is great information about doubles on it.
Occult Beatles has more of an emphasis on the occultish significance of the band. It will be closing soon (?) so check it out while you can.
There is a Rotten Apple Forum and IAMAPHONEY Blog to discuss the Rotten Apple videos and other PID-related material.
The Nothing is Real forum has been around a few years longer than us, so there is quite a bit to look over. Many people have put in a lot of time & effort to try to figure all of this out. They also have a Guest forum.
Plastic Macca - Paul is Dead is one of the PID MH forum admin's PID blog that attempts to boil down the most pertinent PID information to easily digestible bits.
Please check the JPM Photo Album. It is a great site for photos of James Paul McCartney - the original Beatle Paul.
